4. Client Engagements

Specific business engagements, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be outlined in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed formal agreement with Kaplan Creations Group LLC, the formal agreement shall take precedence.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
